Deleting your Lulla Kids account

You can delete the parent account of the Lulla Kids app (published by Lulla App, Romania) at any time, in the app:

1. On the home screen, tap the gear in the top right corner and answer the question for grown-ups.
2. In the For grown-ups area, under Your account, tap Delete account.
3. Confirm with Yes, delete it. The account is deleted immediately, and the app signs out of it.

The progress and settings stay on the phone, so that you can keep playing without an account. To delete them too, uninstall the app or clear its data in the Android settings.

If you no longer have the app or the phone, write to us at contact@getlulla.app, from the account's email address, with the subject “Delete my Lulla Kids account”. If you signed in with Google, write from the address of that Google account.

We delete the account within 30 days at most, usually much sooner, and confirm by email. If the message does not come from the account's address, we may ask you to confirm from it, so that no one else can delete your account.

• the account: the email address, the password and, if you signed in with Google, the data received from Google (name, picture, Google account identifier);
• the account's copy: progress, settings and your child's plan (first name, if you typed one, age, what they love, goals, daily time, chosen friend);
• the codes of the phones connected to the account and the history of saves;
• your choice about emails with ideas, news and offers (we stop writing to you).

• On the phone: progress, settings and your child's profile, until you delete them in the grown-ups' area, uninstall the app or clear its data.
• At Google Play: orders and the subscription, under Google's rules. We keep the order information required for accounting, at most the period set by the Romanian Accounting Law no. 82/1991.
• At RevenueCat, if you bought Premium: the purchase records (product, price, purchase code, customer code). We delete them on request, unless the law requires us to keep them for accounting.
• Emails exchanged with us: as long as needed to reply to you, at most 2 years.

Deleting the account does not cancel the subscription and refunds nothing: cancel the subscription in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions. Premium belongs to the Google Play account you bought it with, not to the Lulla Kids account, so it stays unlocked after you delete the account.
