- Tell us your phone model and Android version
- Tell us the app version (you can see it in Google Play)
- Describe what happened and what you expected to happen
- Don't send us any data about your child, such as their name or photos of them
Subscriptions and refunds
You manage and cancel the subscription in Google Play. Refunds are usually requested there too, under Google Play's rules, but you can also write to us at contact@getlulla.app, with the order number from the email you received from Google Play. Your statutory rights are not affected. Details in the Terms.
Who publishes the app
Lulla Kids is published by Lulla App, Romania, which also publishes Lulla.
