Lulla includes 50 sounds organized into 6 categories: white noise, brown noise, natural sounds (rain, ocean, forest), calming music, womb sounds and lullabies. You can set an automatic stop timer and a separate volume from notifications.

From birth up to 3 years old. Lulla automatically adapts to WHO recommendations by age group (0-3 months, 4-11 months, 1-2 years, 2-3 years). The tips, sleep goals and notifications adjust as your baby grows.

Yes. You can configure notifications for bedtime, naps and waking up. Lulla can learn your baby's pattern and automatically remind you when sleep time is approaching, based on history.

How do I customize the baby's profile?

During setup you choose: name, date of birth, gender and a favorite mascot (Zzz, Nap, Grow or Guard). The mascot appears on the home screen and in the stories. You can change it any time from Settings → Profile.

Yes, Lulla includes an Android widget that displays: the current sleep status, the active timer and yesterday's score. You add the widget from your phone's customization menu → Widgets → Lulla.

Lulla automatically detects sessions that are too long (above the reasonable limit for your baby's age) and notifies you discreetly. You can manually edit any sleep session from History, including the start and stop times.

How do I read the charts in statistics?

The charts show total daily sleep (bars), compared to the WHO average (dotted line). The colored area below the average = deficit, above = surplus. Tap any bar for details: individual naps, exact times, partial score.

Integration with Google Fit is planned for version 2.0. For now, Lulla works as an independent system — your data is stored in the app and in our own cloud.

It is a biological reorganization of the brain — sleep cycles mature from 2 to 4 phases. A baby who slept 6 hours straight suddenly starts waking up every 2 hours. It lasts 2-6 weeks on average. Read what actually works during this period.

Rubbing the eyes, repeated yawning, fussing in your arms, crying with no apparent reason, blank stare. The key is to act on the first signs — an overtired baby falls asleep HARDER, not easier. A consistent evening routine prevents overstimulation.
